First Impression
This is what I thought of your site when I first went in:
Unique style, but it's not a style that would BAM! attract more people. Your layout, for example, is a plain layout, and with the dark colours to it, makes visitors feel dark, small and uncomfortable.The stars are a very nice touch, however, with all that brilliance at the top, and the darkness at the bottom, visitors feel like they should leave right away. It's uncomfortable to read content with dark text overlapping dark backgrounds.

Design
Your mainpage layout looks fine for a quick one-over in Firefox, but I'd like to point out a few errors.
Your affiliates' link overlaps the guy's hand; if you wanted that, it would be fine, but I think the intention wasn't so, correct? This is what it looks like in IE:

This is what it looks like in Firefox:

To fix it, add three more " " and it should be good to go.
Your layout is definitely not compatible with IE 6. I know not a lot of people use IE6 now, but this is so you're layout will be compatible with most browsers. This is what it looks like:

To fix this problem, change your content and navigation width attributes to something smaller than the normal size. The one I suggest for your content is 430px, and for your navigation, 110px.
Like I said before, your content is way too dark for pleasure. Change your text and link colours to something that would show up more and make your layout appear less secluded.
Let's take a peek at your coding.
I noticed in your stylesheet that you kept on repeating the css except in capital letters. For example, your bold values looked like this:
b, B, strong, STRONG { color: #254A73; font-weight: bold; font-family: Tahoma, "Lucida Grande", "Lucida Sans Unicode", Tahoma; }
You don't need all the capitalized stuff. Just one already overrides it if you wrote it in capitals. This is what it should look like:
b,strong { color: #254A73; font-weight: bold; font-family: Tahoma, "Lucida Grande", "Lucida Sans Unicode", Tahoma; }
This goes for everything else you did, such as "p", "i" and "u".
Now, I would also like to point out something. Why did you write "HTML 4.0 Transitional" except for when you input your url into the validator, it says that you have 8 errors? You probably should take that off, or fix your errors, before you put that up.
14/20: Your layout is dark, secluded, and uncomfortable to look at. However, you did take notice of the small but important details, such as the width of your top image. Your coding is a little weak, so try validating your code once more and fixing everything.

Not too bad! Let's Keep Going.
